How many turnovers are included in Ready Plan?
Every Ready Plan includes 3 full-service turnovers per month for one registered home. The monthly price depends on your home’s size and cleaning needs. Cleaning, fresh linens, guest supplies, and a final readiness check are included each time.
What do extra turnovers cost?
After your 3 included turnovers, each additional turnover in the same month is 10% below your Ready per-turnover rate (your monthly package price divided by 3). The extra fee is shown beside your monthly price. This discount applies to Ready Plan members, not On Demand bookings.
Which option is right for me?
Choose Ready Plan if you need 3 or more turnovers a month. Your fixed monthly price includes 3 turnovers for one registered home, with a lower fee for extra turnovers. Choose On Demand for occasional bookings without a monthly commitment.
What could change my final price?
The listed prices are starting rates for homes in normal turnover condition, with one kitchen and the beds and guest capacity shown. Extra bathrooms, beds, floor area, kitchens, or special cleaning needs can change your quote. Guest supplies cover stays of up to three nights; longer stays may need more supplies. We confirm your home’s exact rate in your quote.
Are tax and initial setup included?
No. All prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. Initial setup of the RYNE stand and your home’s linen stock is priced separately from the turnover service.
What if I use fewer than three turnovers?
Ready Plan has a fixed monthly price for 3 included turnovers. We’ll confirm the terms for unused turnovers and plan changes in your quote. If you only need occasional service, On Demand may be a better fit.
Do you take a percentage of my booking revenue?
No. Your price is based on the work needed to prepare your home, not your nightly rate or booking revenue.
